Carpenter / Apprentice Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a Carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This role involves working on a range of projects in residential construction and remodeling.

Carpenter Apprentice Position:

$15-$18 an hour

Carpenter Position:

$20-28 an hour based on experience Position and pay will be base on experience and the following qualifications: Basic Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and/or drug screening (if required) Willingness to work full-time. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and uneven surfaces Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods Tolerance for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Skills & Experience Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools (or strong willingness to learn) Understanding of basic construction concepts (framing, measuring, cutting, etc.) Ability to read a tape measure accurately Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required Work Ethic & Attitude Strong willingness to learn from experienced carpenters Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Growth Expectations Willingness to develop skills Openness to feedback and ongoing training Interest in long-term career growth in residential construction
