Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, and door hanging with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install various building materials Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, flooring, tiles, and siding while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safety and efficiency on site Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry disciplines including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) effectively and safely Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project executions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory Join us if you're eager to build your skills in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges!
