Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our construction team. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for executing various carpentry tasks, assisting with construction site activities, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, cabinetry, doors, siding, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, drywall installation (including plastering), and stucco application Handle heavy lifting and material transportation safely across the job site Install flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, fixtures, and perform general carpentry repairs or handyman tasks Some timber-framing work Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols Hands-on experience with construction estimating and reading blueprints or schematics Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools is essential Knowledge of various construction disciplines including framing (wood and metal), roofing, siding, drywall finishing (including plastering), plumbing rough-ins, electrical basics, and flooring installation Experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required Strong communication skills to follow schematics accurately and collaborate effectively with team members Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your expertise across multiple areas of construction.
