Duties Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work to meet project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects. Install fixtures, flooring (including tile laying), drywall, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other building components with precision. Assist with concrete forming and finishing; perform siding installation; handle heavy lifting safely; or assembly tasks when required. Maintain a clean and organized work site; adhere to safety protocols at all times; document project progress through reports. Requirements Proven experience in construction or maintenance roles with a focus on carpentry or related trades. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution. Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as framing, roofing, masonry, and drywall installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically capable of working on ladders and comfortable working in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; proactive approach to safety compliance. Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential.
