We do quality work, pay daily, and keep things simple. We're expanding and looking for a reliable, skilled technician to join us part-time with room to grow. What You'll Do General carpentry — framing, trim, doors, drywall, sheetrock installation and finishing Interior and exterior repairs — walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry Painting — touch-ups, full rooms, texture matching Plumbing and electrical basics — fixture swaps, minor repairs Appliance and fixture installation — blinds, hardware, fans, disposals, faucets Preventive maintenance — caulking, weatherproofing, general upkeep Accurate reporting of hours and materials per job What We're Looking For 6+ years of hands-on carpentry, handyman, or maintenance experience Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver's license — you travel between job sites Own basic tools Strong attention to detail Clear communicator — prompt updates on job status and materials What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Prompt payment at the end of
