Skilled and General Labor Job Type:

Full-Time We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our growing team! Northwest Builders is currently hiring full-time skilled and general laborer positions for Carpentry, Concrete, and Steel Erection crews. As a Carpentry, Concrete, and/or Steel Laborer , you will assist our team on a variety of projects while gaining hands on training in the concrete, steel erection, and carpentry trades! Typical work week is Monday through Friday with little to no weekend work. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits including a 401 (k) plan with 5% match, health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. A variety of growth opportunities are available as well! Northwest Builders' shop is located in Rice Lake with typical job site locations being local and/or generally within an hour of Rice Lake in all directions. Travel reimbursements included. Pay based on experience.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment ideal.
• Basic understanding of construction materials and their uses.

Skills:

Hardworking Reliable Teachable Team orientated Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn new tasks and work in fast-paced environments This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
