Full Job Description Job Purpose:

Wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility. Attendants are to deliver the highest levels of customer service, resolve service related problems, drive sales, promote and abide by the high standards of GEI, and maintain regulatory and company compliances while upholding the highest standards of safety.

Site General Manager Key Responsibilities:

Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment. Maintain a friendly positive attitude and drive carwash sales with an out-going personality. Treat each customer as a guest. Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and back room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order Maintain the highest standards in cleanliness. Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied Sustain good positive communication with customers, managers, fellow employees and vendors to enhance the performance and profitability of your sites team and to continue to grow our customer base. Be responsible and proactive in your shift duties and responsibilities, be timely in your work ethic, treat all customers, managers, and fellow employees with dignity and respect and maintain an honest, friendly and positive work environment for all. Perform any other duties that are assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Have a passion for customer service with exceptional people skills and have a desire to excel. Maintain a disciplined approach to your daily work duties and maintain company standards in personal appearance, work ethic, carwash and facility cleanliness and customer service. Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. Ability to lift items, bend and work on your feet for an 8 hour work shift. Have a can-do and team building attitude in everything you do while working at a Graham Enterprise site. •
