COPY LINK link Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented andpassionate Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will review veterans'pensation cases and determine the most effective strategy for each claim. The Case Manager serves as a key point of contact for veterans, providing guidance throughout the claims process while collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure efficient case management and client support. This position is responsible for reviewing and approving strategies prepared by the appeals team,municating directly with veterans regarding contracts and case updates, and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to each case.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Case Management Duties Review and evaluate veterans'pensation cases to determine optimal strategy plans Confirm or modify strategies prepared by the appeals team Resolve case-related questions and issues submitted by team members Prepare and conduct calls with veterans to explain the claims process,pany services, and contract details clients as needed to provide updates or clarify concerns Maintain detailed records and reports related to veteran case activity and statistics Prepare contracts for assigned veterans and forward them to the contracts team for approval Serve as a resource for internal departments regarding case-related matters Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong interpersonal andmunication skills Excellentanizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Professional writtenmunication skills for emails and case notes High attention to detail and accuracy in document review and administrative tasks Proficient in administrative software and tools including Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Gmail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Previous administrative or medical office experience is a plus Internal & External Interactions Dailymunication with veterans and clients Frequent coordination with internal departments including: Case Management Legal Contracts Financial Medical Management Why Join Us?
