What You'll Do:

Provide Individualized Parenting & Adult Skill Building services Support families with home management, structure, and daily living skills Offer hands-on guidance, coaching, and role modeling Help improve parenting skills including discipline, supervision, and child development Transport clients to appointments (court, services, drug screens, etc.) as needed Work directly with families to create real, lasting change What to

Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends may be needed) High autonomy

Qualifications:

21+ years old Valid driver's license + reliable, insured vehicle Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field (BSW, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) Clear background check (fingerprinting required) No CPS/APS history Experience working with children and families preferred Strong communication & documentation skills Ability to work independently and professionally Why Join Grace Haven?
