Job Description

Case Manager Job Summary Regard Recovery is seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to support clients through their treatment and recovery journey. The Case Manager will advocate for clients, coordinate care with community resources and healthcare providers, and assist with discharge and aftercare planning. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Responsibilities Complete case management treatment plans within 48 hours of client admission Coordinate with therapists and clinical staff regarding client care and adjunct therapy needs Schedule and coordinate approved medical appointments Assist clients with employment-related paperwork, disability applications, and FMLA documentation Communicate with legal contacts including courts, probation officers, and judicial assistants regarding discharge planning Develop aftercare plans based on clinical recommendations Coordinate with referral sources, IOP programs, psychiatrists, and therapists Attend daily staff meetings and weekly discharge planning meetings Report incidents and client concerns to supervisors promptly Maintain compliance with infection control and ethical guidelines Adapt to changing client and workplace needs Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Compassionate and client-focused attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment settings Additional Requirements Must pass background screening If in recovery, must have at least two years of continuous sobriety and active participation in a self-help program Work Environment Primarily indoor, temperature-controlled environment Potential exposure to high-stress or crisis situations Some local travel or driving may be required Benefits Competitive pay Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' recovery journeys Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience Behavioral health or case management: 1 year preferred Work Location In person

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
