Case Manager - Adult Mental Health 2650

Performs minimally complex social service work. Responsible for authorizing services, oversight of services andevaluating the effectiveness of authorized services. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the useof initiative and independent judgment. Provides skills/psychosocial rehabilitation to clients authorized for suchservices.ay be required to work from the office, in the community, or via telework to effectivelyaccomplish regular case manager job duties. Position may include cross coverage and assignment to serve in otherprograms to provide treatment services.
