Job Description

What You'll Do Support adults, adolescents, children, and/or families through compassionate case management and treatment planning. Conduct psychosocial evaluations and help create individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for individuals and families in need, Work closely with community partners and support systems to improve mental health outcomes.

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Experience in counseling, case management, or behavioral health preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals
  • Ability to work with adults, adolescents, children, and/or families in a supportive role

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or related field required.
  • Ability to provide compassionate support and case management services to adults, adolescents, children and/or families.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills preferred.
