Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Worker at Childhelp, Alice C. Tyler Village in Lignum, Virginia ✨ Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Our unique location on a 270-acre farm provides a nurturing treatment setting with a variety of therapy resources. We bring the light of love and healing into the lives of countless abused and neglected children, and those suffering from psychiatric and behavioral disorders. Pay :

Starting salary $26/hour

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: As a Case Worker at Childhelp you will be responsible for the coordination of all services offered to each resident. You would hold a case load of around 15 residents at a time. You would be the primary liaison between the resident and the parents/legal guardian. You would be responsible for providing monthly progress notes and attending monthly treatment team meetings.

To be considered you should:

Be at least 21 years of age ~ Case managers shall have one of the following: A master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling; A baccalaureate degree in social work or psychology with documented field work experience; A baccalaureate degree & three years of professional experience working with children ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
