Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting. Offer friendly phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to boost sales. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs better. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques. Experience in grocery stores or retail sales environments is highly desirable for success in this role.
