Duties Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and other menu items following established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient operations. Assist in supervising daily restaurant activities, including shift management, staff training, and ensuring adherence to food handling and safety standards. Support the team in food production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes in a quick service or fast food setting. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift. Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in interviewing, onboarding new staff, and supporting ongoing training & development initiatives. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles. Familiarity with inventory control practices, food safety protocols, and food handling regulations. Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Exceptional communication skills paired with a proactive attitude toward staff training & development.
