Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using the POS (Point of Sale) system. Process cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking shelves and merchandising products as needed. Upsell items by suggesting complementary products or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about new or featured items. Manage stock levels by assisting with stocking and inventory counts to ensure product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and practicing good phone etiquette when taking calls. Requirements Previous experience with POS systems or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus, especially for supporting team members during busy periods. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers professionally.
