As a Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with friendly, efficient, and memorable service. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer's experience is smooth, welcoming, and exceptional. What You'll Do Greet Customers with a Smile

• Be the face of Zankou Chicken, welcoming every guest with warmth and enthusiasm. Handle Transactions Efficiently
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring a smooth and quick checkout experience. Provide Exceptional Service
• Answer guest questions, suggest menu items, and address any concerns to ensure every guest has an amazing experience. Maintain a Clean and Organized Register Area
• Keep your work station tidy, restock supplies, and make sure everything is ready for service. Support Your Team
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service, especially during busy periods. Promote Zankou's Offerings
• Upsell menu items and provide information about promotions to enhance the guest experience. Ensure Accuracy in Orders
• Double-check orders before sending them to the kitchen or presenting them to the guest to ensure everything is perfect. Follow Safety and Sanitation Protocols
