Cashier/Cook/Food Packer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier, Cook, and Food Packer, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences. You will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, preparing delicious menu items, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation Pack food efficiently for takeout or delivery orders while maintaining proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and packing stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workspaces, and restocking supplies as needed to support smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong skills in cash handling, basic math, and retail math to manage transactions accurately Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in food setting is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing outstanding food service experiences!
