Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with questions, product information, and store navigation Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cash register balancing and reconciliation Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks to optimize store presentation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience in upselling products and conducting engaging product demos Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with grocery store operations, including cashiering, stocking, and retail sales processes Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.
