Your primary job functions will be cashiering, customer service, cleaning, organizing, and stocking. The position is full time, a mixture of mornings and nights. We need someone that is available for weekends too! Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product information, and guiding customers through their shopping journey. Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean store appearance. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cash register operations, balancing drawers, and ensuring secure transactions. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online inquiries. Cleaning and organizing. Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Strong communication skills Experience in retail sales is highly desirable. Knowledge of vapes, hookah products, cannibis accessories, and other smoking supplies Demonstrated phone etiquette to professionally handle customer inquiries. Enthusiastic about upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
