Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges with speed and precision Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist with inventory management through stocking and inventory checks to ensure product availability Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support team supervision by mentoring new staff or assisting with training when needed Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Basic understanding of merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Join us in creating a lively shopping environment where every customer feels valued!
