Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions at the front counter, and support daily restaurant operations with accuracy and efficiency. Flexible schedule, weekly pay, uniform and meals included! Duties Greet guest and accurately take orders. Enter orders into the POS system and handle payments. Hand out food and package food for carry-out and drive-thru. Answer menu questions and suggest items or specials. Assist with simple food/drink prep and monitor order accuracy. Maintain a friendly atmosphere. Follow food safety and sanitations standards. Restock supplies and support opening/closing duties. Requirements

• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
• Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
