Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a quick-service fast-food restaurant setting.
Duties
Assist customers with their orders and provide exceptional service
Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register efficiently
Prepare and serve food items following proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas to ensure food safety standards are met
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
Knowledge of retail math for transactions
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with quick-service fast-food restaurant operations
