Cashier/Front of the House

Job Overview Join our Teriyaki Madness Team as a Cashier/Front of the House professional, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, handling transactions and ensuring smooth operations at the front counter. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation, food safety practices, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to health regulations Skills Cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic and welcoming attitude. Comfortable in a fast paced environment. Reliable and punctual.
