Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Assist with food preparation, food serving, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met Upsell menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to sanitation standards Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Skills Proven experience in food service or retail environments, especially within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen work is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively Join our team today!
