Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments with precision Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly on shelves Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to keep the sales floor well-supplied Upsell related products and promote ongoing sales or special offers to maximize revenue opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support grocery store operations by ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and proper product placement Supervise new team members when needed, providing guidance on customer service and sales techniques Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
