Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges with speed and precision Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing registers at shift end Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment Use strong communication skills to engage with customers in a bilingual setting when applicable, enhancing overall shopping experience Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math will set you up for success Experience in grocery store environments or similar retail settings is advantageous Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers confidently and professionally Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in retail sales, merchandising, and customer engagement.
