Duties Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for quick checkouts. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented. Advise and educate customers on seafood products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area for a welcoming environment Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, giving correct change, and performing retail math calculations Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and patience in busy environments Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and perform light lifting as needed Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is advantageous but not required Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
