Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Provide engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and appealing Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting via phone or online inquiries Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong supervising or leadership experience is a plus for mentoring new team members Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock management Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous for diverse retail environments Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Comfortable conducting product demos and engaging customers in friendly conversations Familiarity with merchandising standards, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Basic math proficiency for cash register operations and inventory calculations Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
