Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. Demonstrate products effectively to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising strategies. Ensure shelves are stocked and replenished regularly, maintaining inventory levels. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interaction within diverse communities. Basic math skills are required for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Experience with stocking and merchandising is beneficial for maintaining store presentation.
