Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their shopping journey Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible Upsell related products or promotions to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences Manage stock levels by assisting with stocking, inventory counts, and replenishing merchandise as needed Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and active listening skills Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or training new staff Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoy working in a lively retail setting, and want to grow your career in sales!
