Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with their take-out orders efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and take-out area Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, or special requests Uphold restaurant policies on phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality standards at all times Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Host/hostess experience or guest services background is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills and guest relations abilities Experience in hotel or hospitality settings can be advantageous for understanding guest expectations Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this role This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
