Cashier/worker

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-friendly employee to join our smoke shop team. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude, and always greet customers with a smile. Employees are expected to help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly while providing professional assistance to customers. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service at all times Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit card, and other transactions Handle customer questions about products, pricing, and promotions Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times Perform all types of cleaning duties including: Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning counters, shelves, glass displays, and windows Taking out trash Restocking and organizing inventory Cleaning restrooms and employee areas Dusting products and maintaining store appearance Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking merchandise Follow all store policies and procedures Verify customer age and comply with all tobacco/vape sales laws and regulations Work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers Handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of smoke shop products is a plus Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash responsibly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy Ability to lift boxes and stand for long periods of time Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed Must meet minimum legal age requirements to work in a smoke shop Preferred Qualities Friendly personality and strong work ethic Fast learner with attention to detail Self-motivated and willing to help wherever needed Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset Apply today and become part of our team!
