What You'll Expect As Casino Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the casino floor to ensure smooth operations, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an excellent guest experience. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day casino floor operations across all shifts Supervise and support Shift Managers, Supervisors, and team members Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies Monitor game performance and make adjustments to improve revenue Resolve escalated guest and staff issues Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency Support promotions, events, and operational strategies Work with HR on hiring, training, and performance management Protect casino assets and enforce responsible gaming practices Report operational results to senior leadership What You'll Bring Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience managing casino or gaming operations Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements Ability to analyze performance data and financial results Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment What We Require Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license Must meet state and regulatory requirements
