Catering Driver

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Catering Driver and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our clients! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting catering orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is part-time, as needed (no set schedule), so it is great for individuals employed with Door Dash and other delivery services, or anyone looking to pick up extra income without a set work schedule. Catering drivers are contacted regarding availablility for the next day, and scheduled accordingly. Most deliveries occur between 10:30a-12:30p, with occasional deliveries in the afternoon/evening. Drivers are paid $10/hr from arrival at the store to check and load the order, through delivery to the location and set up. Drivers also receive a delivery fee for each order ($20 and up, depending on distance from the restaurant), along with tips if added by the customer. Drivers may be sent with multiple deliveries, depending on the distance and timing of the orders.

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Must be organized and reliable- arriving on time to pick up all assigned orders at the restaurant, and delivering and setting up orders at the customer location in a timely manner Must have a valid driver's license and insurance, and a clean, reliable vehicle in which to transport the customer's orders
