Job Description

Description StrideCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with cath lab or interventional radiology experience to join our growing procedural team. This RN will function primarily in the circulator role, supporting minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and works collaboratively with physicians, radiologic technologists, anesthesia providers, and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Circulate during vascular procedures in an ASC and OBL setting Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Assist with moderate sedation monitoring and recovery when applicable Maintain accurate procedural documentation within the EMR Coordinate patient flow and support efficient procedural throughput Collaborate with physicians and procedural staff to anticipate patient and procedural needs Ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, infection prevention, and facility standards Participate in emergency response situations and procedural patient safety initiatives Assist with patient education, discharge instructions, and follow-up care coordination Support inventory management and procedural readiness activities as needed Requirements Current Texas RN license in good standing Current BLS certification ACLS certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience in cath lab setting. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and procedural nursing skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced procedural setting
Preferred:
moderate sedation experience
