Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role providing critical patient care in the Cath Lab as a Registered Nurse. Schedule Options:

4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (6:30 am - 5:30 pm) 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (6:30 am - 2:30 pm) 10-15 on-call shifts monthly for STEMI and stroke coverage

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting Valid NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm in emergent situations Efficient communicator and collaborative team player Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to safety and detail

What You'll Do:

Deliver safe, competent nursing care during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures Monitor patient responses and perform necessary interventions during procedures Collaborate closely with the interventional cardiology team, radiology technicians, and other healthcare professionals Administer medications and maintain thorough documentation according to policies and protocols Respond rapidly to emergencies such as STEMI and stroke events as part of the on-call rotation Assist in the pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure care of patients Ensure a sterile environment and adherence to all infection control and patient safety guidelines This is a strong opportunity to continue building your cardiac care skills while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
