  • Full-time Job Overview CAVA is excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant location and is now hiring dynamic and experienced Team Leaders to join our management team.
This leadership role is perfect for individuals passionate about food service, hospitality, and team development. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support staff training and development. Your expertise in restaurant management, food safety, and team supervision will be vital in establishing our new location as a top destination for fresh, healthy cuisine. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards Manage POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transactions Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food safety compliance Train new staff on food handling, safety procedures, and company policies Implement shift management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency Ensure adherence to health regulations and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members Support budgeting efforts and monitor operational costs Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations within the restaurant industry Prior experience in quick service & fast-food restaurants or casual dining environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced setting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience with inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet services is a plus Ability to lead by example with strong communication skills and a positive attitude This opportunity offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued, and your expertise can make a significant impact as we launch our new CAVA location.
