Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM•2:00 PM Overview We are seeking a Low Voltage Technician with experience in security systems, access control, CCTV, and structured cabling to support multiple commercial projects. This role offers consistent work with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. Technicians will work alongside a lead, traveling to various local job sites and supporting both large-scale and smaller ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Install and support access control systems , including door hardware and readers Install and configure CCTV systems (IP and analog cameras) Pull, route, and terminate low voltage/data cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) Assist with basic system programming and device setup Maintain clean and organized cable management and labeling Travel between local job sites with a lead technician Follow project plans, blueprints, and installation standards Required Qualifications Experience in low voltage installation (security, CCTV, access control, or cabling) Ability to use basic hand tools and PPE Willingness to travel locally between project sites Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work on a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with access control systems and programming Familiarity with CCTV systems and camera installation Experience with structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) Low voltage or electrical certifications (not required but a plus) Work Environment & Requirements Work performed across multiple commercial job sites Requires personal tools and PPE Early start time with consistent daytime schedule Opportunity to work on both large and small-scale projects Project Details Ongoing project pipeline with consistent work available Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance Hands-on training and growth potential for less experienced technicians #tekone
