What You'll Do Drive Revenue:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
Strategic Outreach:
Conduct high-energy daily outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to transform inbound leads and cold prospects into long-term partners.
Consultative Selling:
Position our SaaS-enhanced devices and cloud platforms as the premier solution for surveillance and access control.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a clean, organized CRM (HubSpot) to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Industry Presence:
Represent IC Realtime at national trade shows and industry events.
What You Bring Experience:
2+ years of B2B Sales experience (Required). The "Hunter"
Mentality:
You aren't afraid of the phone; you enjoy the challenge of building a book of business from scratch.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud tools, or Security/AV hardware is a massive plus (but we will train the right B2B athlete).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to "command the room" on a demo or discovery call.
Local Presence:
