(Department of Transportation) regulations Full Job Description Give 'Em A Brake Safety is seeking an experienced CDL driver. Fully licensed and equipped to operate all required commercial vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to tractor-trailers and heavy machinery. Committed to safety, efficiency, and timely job completion. Give 'Em A Brake Safety is Michigan largest traffic control company, and we want you to join our team. Candidates must have strong work ethic, be dependable, have a positive attitude, a desire to grow with the company, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with all DOT regulations Transport equipment from different Give 'Em A Brake facilities to job site locations Install guardrail and set up as needed May preform other traffic control responsibilities when not operating equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload freight, as required Ensure the security and safety of cargo at all times Follow company safety protocols and procedures Communicate effectively and professionally Complete paperwork daily for each job as required

Work Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license. Clean driving record with no recent moving violations or accidents. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. Must pass background and reference checks Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
