What you will earn $25 to $33 per hour based on experience and role Drivers on full schedules earn $1,900 to $2,100+ per week $90K+ earning potential annually with overtime Additional pay for drivers with mechanical skills or CDL trainer experience Performance bonus program Health insurance reimbursement Paid time off Clear career path with real promotion opportunity — including lead driver and trainer roles What you will do Safely operate company flatbed trucks on local short-haul routes, home every night Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report defects immediately Secure, tarp, chain, and brace loads in compliance with FMCSA cargo securement standards Inspect load placement and weight distribution before departure Verify freight against BOLs, collect signatures, and submit accurate PODs Communicate proactively with dispatch on ETAs, delays, and site access issues Submit fuel receipts, tolls, and accessorial documentation accurately Keep your assigned truck clean and report any maintenance needs promptly Represent C-T-I Transport LLC professionally at every customer site Complete required safety training and all DOT drug and alcohol testing What we are looking for Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience — short-haul or local experience strongly preferred Flatbed experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Forklift certification a plus Mechanical aptitude is a real advantage here — we recognize and reward it Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong customer service mindset and a team-first attitude Physical ability to tarp and secure loads including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, and kneeling Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions The drivers who thrive here are the ones who take pride in what they do, show up ready to work, and want to build something alongside a leadership team that has driven the same roads they have.
