OTR Driver:

$7,500 sign-on bonus Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks Must start by June 5th, 2026 Earn $1,500-$1,890 per week New starting pay to help match your experience Additional $.03 cpm for 2,400+ miles driven per week Yearly pay increases 2,500-3,000 miles per week 34-hour reset on the road bonus Minimum 2 weeks out (2 days home) Detention/breakdown pay available 100% no touch freight for our drivers Consistent/familiar freight lanes Traveling lanes consist of anywhere East of the Mississippi Dedicated customers All Cowan OTR Drivers will enjoy:

Requirements:
