In this vital role, you will operate tractor-trailers to deliver feed products to farms, feed stores, and distribution centers across our designated region. Your expertise in commercial driving and route management will ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. This is a good opportunity to get off the road and spend more time at home. Minimum of one year experience required. Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, ensuring compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations. Safely operate hydraulic controls to transfer feed to the appropriate feed bin. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior throughout your shift. Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with commercial bulk feed delivery trucks and trailers. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely. Good driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
