Loads are planned in advance whenever possible so drivers can focus on driving instead of constantly waiting for dispatch updates or dealing with excessive delays at shipping facilities. Equipment Drivers operate late-model International and Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverter systems, and spacious sleeper setups designed for regional operations. Equipment is maintained on a preventative service schedule to help reduce downtime and breakdown interruptions.
