CDL Class A Driver (Local)

```Duties```

• Safely operate a new 2023 Volvo semi-truck
• Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage ```Skills```
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving and freight transportation
• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as cranes or forklifts, is a plus
• Ability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and clients
