Pawleys Island, SC area Job Description Alianza Staffing is hiring a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a full-time lumber delivery position in the Pawleys Island area. This role is a great fit for someone with experience delivering building materials, operating safely on jobsites, and working in a fast-paced delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have previous lumber, building supply, flatbed, or Moffett experience . Drivers must be professional, safety-focused, and comfortable making deliveries to residential, commercial, and jobsite locations. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle Deliver lumber and building materials to customer and jobsite locations Secure loads properly before transport Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Operate a Moffett forklift when required, if experienced Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members Represent the company in a reliable and professional manner Requirements Valid CDL Class A license Previous commercial driving experience required Lumber or building materials delivery experience preferred Moffett experience preferred Flatbed experience is a plus Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Ability to lift, move, secure, and handle materials as needed Must be dependable, safety-minded, and punctual Must be able to pass required screenings Pay & Schedule $21-$25 per hour , depending on experience Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Full-time position About Alianza Staffing Alianza Staffing connects reliable, hard-working talent with companies that need dependable support.
