We operate under long-term fixed contracts with Class I Railroads, offering year-round, non-seasonal work. Our trucks run 24/7/365 , ensuring stable pay and dependable schedules. You will travel extensively and support multiple sites, ensuring uninterrupted service for our railroad partners.

Position Overview:

What a Relief Driver Does This role provides critical coverage when local drivers are on vacation or when open shifts need to be filled. Travel is constant and schedules vary by location. Flexibility is essential.

You will:

Fuel and service locomotives Fill in across multiple states and locations as needed Work overnights, weekends, and holidays depending on assignment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys change, independence, and high earning potential.

Compensation:

Hourly + travel pay Most committed Relief Drivers earn well over $125,000+ annually

Schedule:

Rotating and variable shifts All locations operate 12‑hour shifts

Overtime:
