• no brokered freight
• so your planner can schedule your loads 24-72 hours in advance. Our drivers primarily run eastern routes, which means shorter repositioning to get you back home faster. You stay moving, you stay earning. Pay & Miles Pay rate $0.50

70 CPM + $0.10 performance pay

Average Weekly Miles:

2,600 miles

• 2,800 miles The more miles you run, the more you make

• 500 miles 70% drop and hook 100% no touch freight Home Time OTR drivers are typically out 1 to 2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight Schedule runs Monday through Saturday while out
• full 34-hour reset every Sunday All drivers take their truck home for time off Drivers can also park at PAM terminals and drop yards if preferred The Equipment Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International tractors Average tractor age
• 1.5 years 100% automatic transmission in all sleepers Double bunks and fridges in every truck APU equipped
• inverters allowed (must be installed by PAM, max 1,800 watts) Outward-facing cameras only
• no in-cab driver-facing cameras Truck speed
• 67 mph cruise / 65 mph pedal Trucks are not permanently assigned
