Job Description
Sign on bonus:
$5000 Responsibilities Operate assigned equipment safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Drive commercial vehicles to pick up and transport waste while meeting scheduled appointments. Ensure vehicle placarding meets DOT requirements. Maintain required paperwork including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets. Inspect truck equipment and supplies including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water. Secure cargo prior to and during transit. Operate roll off equipment as required by daily route needs. Complete additional assigned duties. Required Qualifications Must be 21 years or older due to interstate commercial travel regulations. CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement required. HazMat endorsement preferred but not required for hire. Minimum two years of commercial driving experience preferred, but drivers with less experience may be considered with strong safety records and willingness to learn. Ability to use a tablet for E Logs. Must abide by all DOT regulations at all times. Clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Hazmat endorsement Highschool education Physical Demands Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb for extended periods. Ability to reach, grip, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Ability to operate and maneuver roll off, tanker, vacuum, and other assigned equipment safely. Shift Details Weekly home daily - Monday to Friday May include weekday and occasional weekend work depending on customer demand. Benefits Health Care Benefits starting on the first day of employment. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $42,700.00 - $56,800.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
